I have struggled thru the years with various physical and internal health problems, but staying active wasn’t an option, it was essential to my well-being. Which has made me want to help others even more.
Doctors said I would be in a wheelchair at age 60, I am 59 and thriving. Proving them all wrong. It’s not just about building muscle. It’s about staying strong. That is what fitness is all about. Stay healthy my friends!
